The Tata Nexon rival Mahindra XUV300 scored the highest combined crash test result of all the cars sold in the Indian market.
Just after the Tata Altroz crash test results, Global NCAP has now declared the crash test results for the XUV300. The Mahindra XUV300 became the third Indian car to score 5 out of 5 stars in the overall crash test score and scored the highest crash test results of all the cars sold in the country.
The Mahindra XUV300 is based on the SsangYong Tivoli and comes with standard safety features such as dual front airbags and 4 channel ABS. Other safety features include ISOFIX anchorages, seatbelt pretensioners, seat belt reminders, etc. The Mahindra XUV 300 scored an impressive 5-star rating with the highest combined result at Global NCAP. The XUV300 has managed to score 16.42 out of 17 for adult occupant protection and 37.44 out of 49 for child occupant protection.

The bodyshell integrity of the Mahindra XUV300 has been rated as stable and the car was tested at a speed of 64 km/hr. Tata Nexon and Altroz, which also scored 5-star safety ratings got fewer points than the XUV 300. The Mahindra XUV300 rivals the likes of Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue and the Tata Nexon.
