The new next-gen 2022 Maruti Alto K10 is making a comeback after a long gap and will be positioned alongside the Maruti S-Presso in the brand’s line-up. The new-gen Alto K10 will feature an updated exterior design that might remind you of the new Celerio. For starters, the new Alto K10 will feature a new front grille and a larger air dam flanked by swept-back headlights on either side. The side profile will be similar but will be taller than before. Engine, Gearbox, And Performance
Both, the Maruti Alto K10 and the Maruti Celerio will be offered with a similar 1.0L K10C petrol engine. This engine churns out a peak power output of 66 Ps and 89 Nm in the Celerio and is available either with a 5-speed manual or an AMTgearbox. This engine is also available in a CNG version and churns out a peak power and torque output of 56 PS and 82.1 Nm respectively. The CNG version is however only available with a five-speed manual gearbox.
