Skoda launched the new 2020 Skoda Rapid BS6 with an updated engine and gearbox combo. The car is not just more powerful now but also delivers better fuel economy

The 2020 Skoda Rapid BS6 a 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine that delivers 110PS and 175Nm of torque, and comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The claimed mileage for the new Rapid 1.0 TSI is 18.97kmpl. The current Skoda Rapid is available in five variants: Rider, Ambition, and Style just as an Onyx version dependent on the Ambition trim and a Monte Carlo release dependent on the Style trim. The BS6 Rapid is estimated between Rs 7.49 lakh and Rs 11.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).In addition to cars such as Hyundai Verna and Honda City, the Skoda Rapid also rivals against cars such as VW Vento, Toyota Yaris, etc.
