Talking about the seven-seater segment in the country, India is growing with the arrival of these new products. The Tata Safari is the recent seven-seater launched in India and now the much-awaited launch of the Hyundai Alcazar is near. Alcazar is Creta’s seven-seater sibling and will be launched by the end of this month. However, being siblings with the Hyundai Creta the Hyundai Alcazar is mechanically and different and differs in the term of design too.

If we talk about the all-new Tata Safari, the car has got a 2.0L, 4-cylinder turbo-diesel engine, and the upcoming Hyundai Alcazar will also be seen in a 2.0L petrol engine and 1.5L diesel engine, however, according to the figures the Tata Safari diesel engine turns out to be much more powerful than that of the Hyundai Alcazar.
Talking about the dimensions, Hyundai still hasn’t revealed the exact dimensions of Alcazar, however, the car will have a 2,760 long wheelbase which is 19 mm more than that of the Tata Safari. The Hyundai Alcazar will give you a boot space of 180-litres with all three rows up which is better when compared to 73-liters of boot space in the Safari. However, there are few rumors that in terms of dimensions the Tata Safari will overcome the Hyundai Alcazar.
Coming to the interior section, Hyundai still hasn’t revealed if the Alcazar will get any additional as compared to the Creta except for the dedicated AC vents for the third-row passengers. It is expected that the Alcazar will share most of the interior with the Creta, whether it’s the infotainment system, bluelink connectivity, sound system, or any other feature. On the other hand, the Tata Safari features 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment with iRA connectivity, a seven-inch TFT display, and many more in the box.
