The Maruti Suzuki unveiled its all new 2020 Vitara Brezza in the Auto Expo 2020. The Brezza is also introduced with a petrol engine now.

Maruti Suzuki has taken the wraps off the new 2020 Vitara Brezza at Auto Expo 2020. According to the reports, the car will launch on 15th February. It accompanies a restorative update and a new BS6 compliant petrol engine. Further, the new Vitara Brezza will not be available with the 1.3 DDis diesel engine as the said engine will not be made to meet the upcoming BS6 norms.

Like the Ertiga and the Ciaz, the new 2020 Vitara Brezza also gets a BS6-compliant 1.5-liter K15B petrol engine which churns out 103 BHP of power and 138 NM of peak torque. It will be matted with either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission. Only the petrol AT variations will be available with the 12-volt hybrid system, which is known as the Smart Hybrid System. The SHVS gives additional torque which reduces the load on the engine while moving from a stand still. The SVHS also gets a start-stop function for improved efficiency.
